About this Product

For businesses and organisations that are looking for eco-friendly yet practical, low-cost drinking vessels, our Double Walled Compostable Paper Cups are the logical choice! All the convenience and budget-friendly attributes of standard disposable cups but with a greatly reduced impact on the environment.

They are also perfect for busy venues and outdoor events where glasses may pose a health and safety risk. Easy to store, transport and pick up if dropped.

The compostable cups themselves are manufactured from paper board sourced from sustainably managed forestry and is either FSC or PEFC accredited. They are then lined with a 100% sustainable and renewable plant-based PLA, as opposed to regular disposable cups which are lined with polythene (PE), a finite, oil-based resource, which is harmful to our environment.

Print with eye-catching full colour print to create a more corporate feel at events, or even just to keep your brand on prime display as the customer walks away with their drink in hand, on the go, everywhere!

Our double-wall cups are also typically bought with sip lids to help protect the contents from spilling over the rim while drinking on the move. And now we can supply lids that, like the cups, are also completely compostable!

The perfect companion to our eco-friendly paper cups, the compostable sip thru lids are manufactured using plant-based materials (corn-starch), as opposed to an oil-based material, massively reducing carbon emissions. They also come with a 'hot contents' warning marked on them as standard, as well as markings to indicate their 100% compostable design. Perfect if you want your customers to be assured of your company's green credentials!

Both the cups and the lids are environmentally friendly by design, being able to fully compost in industrial composting facilities within 12 weeks.

Also available at a slightly reduced cost made with PE lining.

We can also offer these cups with water-based lining that can be recycled more easily in UK mixed recycling streams - please contact us for pricing on this option.
