Q: How many pens should I order?

A:

The number of promotional pens you need depends on your event size, budget, and goals. For small events (50-100 attendees), 100 pens should be enough, while medium events (100-500 attendees) may need 250-500.

Large events (500+) benefit from 1,000 or more, while trade shows or campaigns often require 1,000-5,000+ for maximum impact. Ordering slightly extra ensures you won’t run out.
