Every June in a little part of SW London, the whole world (or most of it) is focused on a sporting event where adults with a racket hit a ball back and forth over a net. Of course, it's not the only place where the game of tennis is ever played but it is the spiritual home of the game and winning 'Wimbledon' as a man or woman is the pinnacle in any tennis players career.
But the competition also attracts hundreds of 'pop up' businesses who target event goers and sometimes even the stars themselves. Local shops and businesses also thrive (you try getting into a pub on Wimbledon village on a sunny day during Wimbledon fortnight!) It truly is an event that makes money for a lot of people and provides entertainment for literally millions more.
That, therefore, begs the question...what are YOU doing to promote Wimbledon for your business? For many, like us, it may be as simple as sending Wimbledon-themed literature like fliers or email's with Wimbledon as the prominent feature. Others go further and have competitions run on social media accounts and for the really brave...some people plan well ahead and have promotional items and branded gifts made up by companies like us to give away at, or around the event.
Our range of promotional items that would be suitable for the event includes promotional tee shirts, embroidered Polo shirts, caps, stress 'tennis balls' and even real printed tennis balls! In fact, you name it, and we'll probably sell it if you can get a logo printed onto it!
Just one thing...don't bet on the British winning anything. We're as patriotic as everyone but wouldn't want you wasting your money!
