Printed Items for Trade Shows

Almost every industry has a trade show at least once a year which allows businesses to share and promote their products but how can you attract people to your stall?  Try using printed items for your conference tables. 

Distributing gifts at conferences is a very popular activity amongst all types of industries. The gifts are mainly distributed at large events such as trade-shows, exhibitions and seminars. When did you last host a stall at a conference and get jealous over gifts being given at other stalls?  Maybe you can choose items which will make other people jealous of your stall. 

A recent industry survey asked respondents who received promotional items from trade-shows how favourable their attitude was towards the firm whom gave them the items. They were also asked how much more attractive the firm seemed after giving away the items. The answers showed that 76% of respondents believed the company was more favourable whilst 78% found the organisation to be more attractive to them. Traffic is vital at a trade-show, there's no point in paying for a stall which doesn't attract any visitors. Promotional products give stalls the opportunity to boost their visitor numbers. 

The promotional products you choose should reflect the visitors you are expecting at your stall. The items will also represent how much your organisation is willing to spend on their customers. Why not have three different types of promotional items to give out?  At every trade-show you will always get visitors who are simply looking for free products. You could have cheaper items for these types of customers, for example promotional pens. You could then have items for 'potential' customers which cost a little bit more such as bottle opener key rings. Finally, you could invest in more expensive items for current customers or those who sign up for your services at the trade-show. 

There are many different products you could choose to get your stall noticed at any trade-show, many of which are on the Total Merchandise website. Of course, at any trade-show you want to turn your attendees into future customers. To ensure you can do this, you need to know who your potential customers are as they come to your stall. You should also collect data from them to ensure you are able to follow up their enquiry.
