Do you remember when you first held printed USBs of any type? Chance are it was a flat, pretty un-inspiring type with a cap on the end. But I remember when I first saw one of these and couldn't believe that (at the time) this tiny item I could hold in my fist was capable of holding several megabytes of data!
Of course, time has moved on and Printed USB's have become a 'must-have' business accessory for anybody that uses a PC or transfers data. In fact, Printed USB's are good for a whole host more than just business...storing music and photos, backing up your home PC, sending files to friends, colleagues and would-be clients...USB's now come in all manner of shapes and sizes and some don't even look like USBs. Have you seen our Eco-friendly Twig USB? How about our USB bottle opener?
Best of all though is how the price has reduced and the technology has become so clever that instead of storing Megabytes, our USBs can now store 64Gb! And in the next few months, the 'chips' in the USB's will get smaller still and so memory can become even greater. For those that don't know, 64Gb is enough to store the contents of most of our PC hard drives...software as well!
One day we will look back at this article and laugh at thinking 64Gb was a vast amount of data!
