Promotional Items With Your Logo for Black Friday & Cyber Monday 2018

While Black Friday & Cyber Monday stem from an American idea, the UK has embraced it wholeheartedly so make sure you have some promotional items with your logo for giving away with whatever special offer you have set up for the biggest shopping weekend of the year. 

 

This year, Black Friday falls on November 23rd with the corresponding Cyber Monday falling on November 26th. Black Friday was traditionally a 'bricks and mortar' retail based 'sale to end all sales'. These days it's slowly transforming as it also includes online shopping and is not solely limited to retail any more with all sectors of business adopting it in some form.  It also used to mark the beginning of the Christmas shopping season but research has shown that Christmas shopping now kicks in much earlier, around the beginning of the month. However, it still remains a genuine opportunity to grab a bargain. 

 

Cyber Monday, is a relative newcomer and the online equivalent. Traditionally this was more aimed at tech and gadget shoppers with deals offered from businesses that were exclusively based online. As with Black Friday, it's slowly transforming so that there's barely much difference between what is being sold. The main point of Cyber Monday now is that it's a chance for businesses to release a new batch of fresh deals. 

 

Love it or hate it, it's difficult to ignore and there are always opportunities to be had no matter the business sector you are in, no matter the target audience you have. 

 

Every business can get in on the mania that grips the UK at this time of year somehow. It doesn't have to just be restricted to retail, don't get bogged down in what 'traditionally' used to happen and reinvent it anew to suit your business. It's not just a business to consumer opportunity any more, business to business can benefit as well. The ideas are numerous,  with many businesses already offering special deals on services to other businesses,  so a few to get you thinking could be:  offer service bundles for when your quiet time of year comes, offer discounts on your services, offer limited time specials, create packages of physical and services offerings, gifts for those who sign up either on the Black Friday and Cyber Monday or a date range of your choice - the opportunities are endless. Even if you really, really can't come up with deal, why not just do a massive give away of a promotional item with your logo on it. No catch for your audience, just a genuine something for nothing hand out but don't forget to at least get some useful contact details the future! (GDPR compliant of course

 

So there you have it, get organised with some promotional items with your logo to use as giveaways with or without the Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals you cook up for your target audience.
